Terms and Conditions of AlienCamel Affiliate Program

The AlienCamel Affiliate Program ("AAP") is operated by AlienCamel Pty Ltd (ABN 38088728616) ("AlienCamel", "We"). The AAP allows third parties ("You", "Your") to earn commissions for referring users to the AlienCamel clean email service subject to these terms and conditions ("T&C") and the Affiliate Program Privacy Policy. The Alien Camel standard email service terms and conditions is to be read in combination with this document. This document contains additional terms and conditions for participants of the AAP.

We will provide You with an affiliate code and URL link ("the Code") which You must use when you wish to earn commissions for users referred by You. You may also use the Code on web sites, emails, printed materials or other media provided it complies with our acceptable use guidelines. You must be an AlienCamel user to receive any commissions under the AAP.

Only users that click on Your Code with a cookie-enabled web browser will be eligible for commission. When a user clicks on Your Code and subsequently signs-up You will be eligible for a commission unless that user quits the web browser session or clicks on another affiliate's Code.

It is Your responsibility to check that Your Code is working. You can check to see if Your Code is working by using the Affiliate Console web page. You will only earn commissions if the activity commenced through the Code.

The commission rate is 30% of the subscription plan selected by the user. We will pay you within 28 days of receiving payment from the user by depositing the commission into Your Paypal account. You must ensure that you have a current Paypal account. We will also notify you via email when a user signed-up through Your Code has paid us.

You must not use Your Code on unsuitable media. This includes but is not limited to web sites or materials relating to web sites that:
- Infringe trademark or other legal rights of any third party
- Contain sexually promiscious materials
- Contain hate, violent, or offensive content
- Promote discrimination of any kind
- Promote illegal activities
- Do not have an online privacy policy which can be read by its users
- Are deemed inappropriate at AlienCamel's sole discretion

You must not conduct activities that result in Spam that includes Your Code or contain materials that are related to AlienCamel's web sites.

We may terminate or vary the terms of the AAP at any time at our sole discretion. We may provide You with notices regarding the AAP by email or postings to the AlienCamel web site. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria. These T&C constitute the entire agreement between You and AlienCamel regarding the AAP.
