The AlienCamel privacy policy should be read in combination with this document. This document describes our privacy practises for the AlienCamel email service.

What information we collect and its purpose.

• When you receive and send email using the service we store the emails on our servers so we can provide the service to you.
• Email server logs. When you send, receive and access emails our server stores details about the parties to the email and the timestamp when you performed an action on the email.
• Backups. We make periodic regular backups of your emails and the systems required to provide you with the service. Even after you delete an email there may be backup copies of the email although these backup copies of the email are not directly accessible.
• Spam processing. The spam processing systems we use keep statistics and words found in your email messages. This information is required to perform mathmatical processing to determine whether an email is spam. These systems also allows you to store email address and domain names on your whitelist and blacklist. These lists are applied to filter your emails.

• The information is collected only for providing you with the service.
