An email address is like a telephone number. Imagine being able to screen your emails like you can screen telephone calls by using Caller-id technology.

Our Spam prevention systems have sophisticated techniques for detecting the email address of incoming emails even when they are faked or "spoofed" by spammers so you can now "see" who is sending your emails before you download them. It's not as simple as just looking at the "from" address of an email as this is the part that is most often falsified!

Since these lists of email addresses are at the heart of Aliencamel's Spam management technology, we created a very simple and powerful web interface to manage your list of email addresses.

You can add a single address, upload a list of addresses from a file and find addresses in your list using our web interface.

We have five email lists to give you total control of your email:

• Whitelist. A list of email addresses you want to receive emails from.
• Blacklist. A list of email addresses you never want to receive emails from.
• Domain Whitelist. Accept emails from any email address for an entire domain name. For example, adding "mywork.com" means that any email from that domain will be accepted.
• Domain Blacklist. Emails from any email address in these domains will be rejected.

• Mailing List Whitelist. A special list for adding the email address of "Mailing Lists" like Yahoo! Groups. Emails from the group will be delivered directly into your Inbox without requiring you to enter the email address of every member of the group to your whitelist.
